Roles we keep an eye out for

• Senior platform engineers — Go, Postgres, Pulumi, distributed systems. The workflow engine, the codegen pipeline, the manifest compiler.
• Frontend engineers — React, Astro, Tailwind. Studio is a heavy SPA with Puck-based form builder, BPMN editor, dependency graph.
• Polyglot SDK engineers — TS / Kotlin / Go / Rust / Python. Each language SDK ships ~50 activities and a worker runtime.
• Compiler / language engineers — for the report compiler (Rust/WASM), the entity-to-codegen pipeline, the CEL expression engine.
• Field engineers — for design-partner installs, especially in the EU.

How we work

• Remote-first, async by default. Few hours of overlap, everything written down.
• Small team, flat hierarchy, opinionated code review.
• Ship boring, durable software.
• We use what we ship — every product on our roster runs on Deklarative.
